Can I get a sample?
Yes! For wedding or party favors, we are happy to send samples in advance of your event. Simply request a sample on our Contact Page. Include your shipping address and we’ll get it right out to you!
How do I get my photos to you?
After checking out, you will receive a link and password to a page where you can upload the photos you would like us to use for your order.
Do I get to see a proof?
Yes! After you send your photos, we will email you a digital proof of the items before we go to print to insure that you love how we’ve laid everything out.
What is your turnaround time?
We generally ship within a week of receiving your order, sometimes as quickly as 3 days. Large quantity orders or those placed during November or December may be subject to a slightly longer turnaround time, but if you have a specific event or deadline you’re working with, please let us know and we’ll do everything in our power to meet it, including expedited shipping. You may wish to inquire about your deadline before placing your order.
What is your return policy?
We are so confident that you’ll love our creations that we give you a full 60 days to return your items if there is a defect in craftsmanship or if they were damaged during shipping in any way. We will either redo your order or refund your payment – your choice! If shipping damage occurs, please take a photo of the package and the contents before discarding the box so that we can take it up with our shipping company if necessary.
